青木湖とは

青木湖（あおきこ）は、長野県大町市北部にある湖である。仁科三湖のうち最も北に位置し、最大の面積をもつ。

県下有数の透明度を誇る青木湖

青木湖は、仁科三湖の中で最大の湖でハート型に美しい水をたたえる。春はオオヤマザクラ、夏は深緑、秋は紅葉、冬は渡り鳥の飛来など、四季の変化に富んだ姿を見せてくれます。

What is SUP?

SUP is a new water sport that has been rapidly gaining in popularity and recognition over the past few years,

SUP” has been gaining attention as a new standard of water sports.

 

Some people have heard of SUP but are not sure what it is…

Some of you may be wondering what kind of sport it is…?

SUP stands for “Stand Up Paddleboard.

As the name suggests, SUP is a new type of activity in which you stand on a board and paddle through the water.

The use of a special board with high buoyancy makes it easy to stand up, and beginners of all ages and genders can enjoy it right away.

It is also an effective form of exercise, as it strengthens the body’s overall core and sense of balance.

You can enjoy such SUP experience at Lake Aoki safely and easily.

Even if you are not a confident swimmer, you can rest assured that you have a life jacket.

Just floating around in the hot summer air feels great!

The water in Lake Aoki is so clean that it is truly relaxing.

What is Lake Aoki?

Lake Aoki is located in the northern part of Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture. It is the northernmost and largest of the three lakes in Nishina.

Lake Aoki is one of the clearest lakes in the prefecture.

Lake Aoki is the largest of the three lakes in Nishina and has beautiful heart-shaped water. The lake shows its varied seasonal appearances: oyama cherry blossoms in spring, deep green in summer, autumn leaves in fall, and the arrival of migratory birds in winter.

Lake Aoki is a 15-minute drive from HakubaMAHOROBA.
