到着の一カ月前に総額の30％の支払いをお願いしております。

(万が一キャンセルの場合はキャンセル料として返金不可ですのでご注意ください）

残額をチェックイン時にお支払い頂きます。

本人確認済のゲスト以外は利用禁止となります。

7日に一度の清掃サービス付き（水回り清掃・ゴミ回収・掃除機掛け・ベッドリネン交換・タオル交換）

追加の清掃サービスは1回3,630円（税込）で承ります。

お盆期間中（2025年8月7-15日)は1日あたり24200円（税込）の追加料金が発生致します。

9月（9月12.13日、19-23日）は同じく1日あたり24200円（税込）の追加料金が発生致します。

Resort Workation Plan Information

Rates

Two-story Condo (Entire Unit Rental)

7 nights/8 days (1–2 guests): 127,050 yen (tax included)

14 nights/15 days (1–2 guests): 211,750 yen (tax included)

30 nights/31 days (1–2 guests): 363,000 yen (tax included)

Enjoy the spacious two-story layout, featuring a kitchen and living area of approximately 60 m² on the second floor and a bedroom with a bathtub (approx. 20 m²) on the first floor.

When making a reservation, please use the inquiry form to specify your desired check-in date, number of guests, and length of stay.

Only one property is available during this period, so reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis! (Available only from May to November)

We also offer plans for 3–4 guests and 5–6 guests. Please contact us for details.

Information and Important Notes Regarding the Resort Workation Plan

A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at least one month prior to arrival.

(Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.)

The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Only guests who have completed identity verification may stay at the property.

Housekeeping services are provided once every 7 days (bathroom cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, bed linen change, and towel change).

Additional housekeeping services are available for 3,630 yen (tax included) per visit.

During the Obon period (August 7–15, 2025), an additional fee of 24,200 yen (tax included) per day will apply.

In September (September 12–13 and 19–23), an additional charge of 24,200 yen per day (tax included) will also apply.

Only one unit is available for sale during these periods.
