Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort

Located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture, Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort is one of Japan’s largest ski resorts.
The biggest draw of Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort’s spring season (March through early May) is the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent views of the Northern Alps while taking advantage of discounted lift tickets.

The 2026 season is scheduled to run through Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

Spring Ski Rates: Effective Monday, March 16, 2026.
Adult 1-Day Pass: 8,700 yen → 5,500 yen

Current Snow Depth: As of March 17, 2026, the snow depth near the summit is approximately 215 cm, and conditions are good.

The Appeal and Highlights of Spring Skiing
Spectacular Panoramic Views: From the summit area at an elevation of 1,830 m, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the 3,000-meter-class peaks of the Northern Alps, including the Hakuba Mountain Range.
Changes in Snow Quality: The snow is firm in the morning, but as temperatures rise during the day, it transforms into “slush” (soft, moisture-rich snow).
Course Conditions: Due to the high elevation, you can enjoy skiing until Golden Week. However, since snow melts early in lower-elevation areas such as Nagaki and Sakika, the upper areas (Usagidaira, Kurobishi, etc.) will be the main focus.

Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba 47

The biggest draw of spring at Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba 47 is that, thanks to abundant snowfall, the season extends all the way through Golden Week in May. The “spring skiing and snowboarding” season begins in late March, allowing you to enjoy the diverse snow conditions unique to spring—from firm morning snow to soft, granular snow in the afternoon.

🌸 Key Features of the Spring Season

Operating Period: The resort typically remains open until early May (around May 6), making it ideal for spring break and Golden Week trips.

Snow Conditions and Courses: Early in the morning, the slopes are flat and groomed. Around noon, temperatures rise, causing moguls and banks to form, allowing you to enjoy technical skiing and snowboarding.

Park Facilities: “47PARKS” at Hakuba 47 remains open in the spring, and its well-maintained kickers and jibs attract skiers and snowboarders looking to ride in the park.

Night Skiing: At Aburu Hakuba Goryu, spring night skiing (6:00 PM – 9:30 PM) is available from early to mid-March.

白馬八方尾根スキー場

白馬八方尾根スキー場の春シーズン（3月〜5月上旬）は、お得なリフト料金で北アルプスの絶景を楽しみながら滑走できるのが最大の魅力です。 

SURF&SNOW +1

• 春スキー料金: 2026年3月16日（月）から適用されます。
  • 大人1日券: 8,700円 → 5,500円
  • 白馬八方尾根スキー場 公式サイトで最新の運行状況を確認できます。
• 現在の積雪: 2026年3月17日時点で山頂付近は約215cmの積雪があり、依然として良好なコンディションです。 

• 絶景のパノラマ: 標高1,830mの山頂エリアからは、白馬三山をはじめとする3,000m級の北アルプスを一望できます。
• 雪質の変化: 朝方は締まったバーン、日中は気温上昇により「シャバ雪（水分を含んだ柔らかい雪）」へと変化します。
• コース状況: 標高が高いためゴールデンウィークまで滑走可能ですが、下部の名木山・咲花ゲレンデなどは雪解けが早いため、上部エリア（うさぎ平・黒菱など）がメインとなります。
• 混雑状況: ハイシーズン（1〜2月）に比べると落ち着いていますが、週末の午前中やゴンドラ乗り場は混雑することがあります。 

• 透湿性の高いウェア: 汗を逃がし、水分を弾くGORE-TEX（ゴアテックス）素材のジャケット などがムレにくく快適です。
• レイヤリング（重ね着）: 厚手のインナーではなく、速乾性のあるベースレイヤーに薄手のミドルレイヤーを重ね、気温に合わせて脱ぎ着できるようにします。
• 紫外線対策: 残雪による照り返しが強いため、ゴーグルやサングラス、日焼け止めは必須です。 

白馬五竜＆Hakuba47

• 営業期間: 例年5月上旬（5/6頃）まで営業しており、春休みの旅行やGWのレジャーに最適です。
• 雪質とコース: 朝イチは圧雪されたフラットなバーン、気温が上がる昼前後からはコブ（バンプ）やバンクが育ち、テクニカルな滑りを楽しめます。
• パークの充実: Hakuba47にある「47PARKS」は春も健在で、ジャンプ台（キッカー）やジブアイテムが整備され、パークライドを目的としたスキーヤー・スノーボーダーで賑わいます。
• ナイター営業: エイブル白馬五竜では3月上旬から中旬頃にかけて春ナイター（18:00〜21:30）も実施されています。 

• 共通リフト券: 1枚のチケットで「エイブル白馬五竜」と「Hakuba47」の両エリアを自由に行き来できます。
• 春スキー割引: 3月中旬以降、アソビュー！ などのサイトで割引リフト券が販売されることがあります。
• キャンペーン: 「マイナンバーカード」の提示で特典が受けられるキャンペーンなどが開催されるシーズンもあります。
